Paying for wholesale peptides by wire or crypto
Wholesale orders here are paid by wire transfer or cryptocurrency against a pro-forma invoice. Both are push payments that are hard or impossible to reverse once sent, so the same habits protect you either way: check the invoice, confirm the instructions, quote the PO number and keep the receipt.
How payment works on a wholesale order
- Submit a PO from the order sheet. A confirmation with your PO number comes back by email.
- We email a pro-forma invoice from [email protected] with the per-kit prices, freight, the total due and the payment instructions.
- You pay by wire transfer or cryptocurrency, with the PO number as the payment reference.
- The order is released to the warehouse when funds clear and ships by FedEx. Orders released by 12:00 Central ship the same business day, otherwise the next business day; there are no Sunday shipments.
- Tracking comes by email when the order ships.
We do not accept ACH, card payments, PayPal, Venmo or checks. Net terms are available to repeat buyers on request.
What to check on the pro-forma invoice
A pro-forma invoice is the priced statement of an order, issued before payment so you pay against exact figures. Before you pay, check:
- The PO number matches your purchase order.
- The compounds, sizes and kit counts match what you ordered. Kits are sealed cartons of 10 vials and are not split.
- The per-kit prices match your order sheet, or the price you were given in writing for custom volume or a price match.
- The freight line, any tax and the total due, in US dollars.
- The bill-to and ship-to address.
If anything is wrong, reply with your PO number before you pay. A corrected invoice is marked as revised.
Paying by wire transfer
- Use the instructions on the invoice. Beneficiary and bank details come with the pro-forma invoice for each order. Don't reuse details from an older message without confirming them.
- Put the PO number in the reference field. It is how the payment is matched to your order.
- Watch for fees in transit. International wires can pass through intermediary banks that deduct fees along the way. Ask your bank to charge all fees to you (often the "OUR" option) so the invoice total arrives.
- Allow settlement time. Domestic wires sent before the bank's cut-off usually settle the same business day; international wires can take several business days.
- Keep the confirmation. Your bank's wire confirmation and reference number are your proof of payment.
Paying by cryptocurrency
- Match the asset and the network. The same token can exist on more than one blockchain network. Send only the asset the invoice names, on the network it names; a transfer on the wrong network can be lost for good.
- Take the address from the current invoice. Never copy a wallet address from your transaction history, where look-alike addresses can be planted.
- Check the whole address after pasting. Malware can swap a copied address for another. Compare the pasted address with the invoice character by character, or at the very least the first and last six.
- Watch withdrawal fees. Exchanges often take a withdrawal fee out of the amount sent. Make sure the invoice total is what arrives.
- Record the transaction hash. It is your proof of payment and lets the transfer be found.
Protect yourself from payment fraud
A common way wholesale payments go wrong is a fake message from a real supplier: a look-alike email address, or a compromised mailbox, sends "updated" bank details or a new wallet, and the payment goes to the fraudster. A few habits stop it:
- Treat any change in payment details as suspect. We never change payment details by email. If a message gives bank details or a wallet you don't expect, don't pay: check them against your invoice page on thepepmart.com, linked from every pro-forma, and confirm before you send funds.
- Confirm through a channel you already trust. Start a new message to the address you already have on file rather than replying to the message that announced the change.
- Check the sender's domain exactly. Our order mail comes from [email protected]. A different domain, a misspelling or an extra character is not us.
- Be wary of urgency. Pressure to pay today to hold a price or a slot is a warning sign.
- Vet a new supplier before the first payment. The peptide supplier checklist covers lot COAs, written terms, a published minimum and a damage process.
After you pay
Send the remittance confirmation to [email protected] with your PO number: your bank's wire confirmation, or for crypto the transaction hash, the network and the amount. Payment questions go to the same address. The order is released to the warehouse when funds clear, and tracking comes by email when it ships.
When the kits arrive, report any shortage or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the carton and contents; we file the carrier claim and replace confirmed damage. The full terms are on terms & shipping.
Start small with a new supplier
The minimum order here is 2 kits, mixed across any compounds and sizes, so a first order can start at $61.06 before freight and still run the whole process: invoice, payment, shipping and receiving. Larger orders run the same way, and repeat buyers can ask for net terms. Buying research peptides wholesale walks through the order sheet and tiers.
